Returns & Exchanges
Here at IguanaMed, we stand behind our product and want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and need to exchange an item for a different size/color, you have 60 days from date of delivery to make an exchange. We will NOT accept exchanges past 60 days.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from date of delivery to make a return. We will NOT accept returns past 30 days. All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging and all tags and labels intact. Garments that have been washed or show visible signs of wear and tear will NOT be accepted.
We will only accept returns for items purchased from our website containing an original order number that was shipped within the U.S. All returns must have a Return Authorization. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All refunds for returned items will be issued within 3-5 business days of receipt to the returns department. Please note that you have 14 days from the date the return authorization (RA) is issued to send your return. If not returned within the 14 days, the RA will be void and you must contact us for a new return authorization.
**Please note that items that have been customized are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

*INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES/RETURNS! We are working to find a way to make our return/exchange process easier and less expensive if you live outside of the U.S. However, please note at this time that international orders that need to be exchanged or returned, it will be your responsibility to get the items back to us in its original condition 30 days from date of delivery.
We will NOT cover shipping costs for your RETURN. We will ONLY cover shipping costs to send the EXCHANGE back to you (if you need a different size/color). Thank you for understanding!
