Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items eligible for return must be in new, unworn, original condition with all tags and labels intact. Garments that have been washed or show visible signs of wear and tear will not be accepted.
Please note we do not accept returns on items marked final sale, custom-made items, and any product that does not meet our returns and exchanges garment policy above. Embroidered items cannot be refunded nor exchanged.

FOR U.S. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items eligible for return must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery to receive a refund. We will only accept returns for items purchased from our website containing an original order number that was shipped within the U.S. All returns must have a Return Authorization. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that you have 14 days from the date the return authorization (RA) is issued to send your return. If not returned within the 14 days, the RA will be void and you must contact us for a new return authorization.

Once your items have been received and processed, you will receive email notification of your refund. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days to your original form of payment.
We do not price-match orders that have been previously placed.
Items eligible for exchange must be received within 60 days from the date of delivery to qualify for an exchange. Please note, exchanges are limited to the exchange of size or color within the same product. If you’d like to exchange for a different product, we can issue store credit in the form of a gift card.
Once your items have been received and processed, you will receive email notification of a new order.

FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are working to find a way to make our return/exchange process easier and less expensive if you live outside of the U.S. However, at this time, it is your responsibility to return the international order items back to us in its original condition postmarked within 30 days from date of delivery.
